The red tour gathers the region’s most visited stops into one day. After breakfast, departure is usually around ten. Göreme Open Air Museum, Uçhisar Castle, Çavuşin, Paşabağları, Zelve and Devrent Valley form the spine.
Avanos pottery and a Ürgüp wine stop are common. From Nora Inn the castle is already close; the tour still covers the wider day.

From Nevşehir the drive is often around forty minutes; from Kayseri it is longer. Traffic and the road change the time.
